Japanese - Week 7.

For the past weeks in Japanese we have been working on our work. We have learned words in Japanese and numbers. some of the words what have learned is. Football/Soccer - sakkaa, Hobby - shumi, Cooking -  ryouri, Cumpter - konpyuutaa and what - nan. The greetings were really easy to say here are some of the greetings what we had to write on our blog. Nice to meet you - haji me mashite,  U live in hornby - hoon ni sunde imasu, My hobby is sports - supootsu.

I reckon the numbers kinda easier to say because its not that long like the words. Here are some of the numbers what we had to write in our Japanese book. I am 32 years old - boku wa sajuu ni sai desu, I am 13 years old - Juu sansai, 1 - ichi, 2 - ni, 4 - shiyan, that's most of the words what we got taught in Japanese.
This is my Jikoshokai in Japanese, Jikoshokai means Self introduction.

Community Impact Project.

today for community impact project my group ( Hornby high school community ) our group had heaps of ideas to help our community. One of our ideas was to have a sale like clothes and food to the homeless.

My idea was to save up money so we can donate money to the homeless, And also sell clothes as well for the homeless. 

Humumanu Music

Kia ora I have been working on hurumanu music for the last past weeks here is my work so far.

For the past weeks Bh and Tz have been working on Music Hurumanu, I have been focusing on people's ideas and opinions on our work so far. I have enjoyed working on this subject because its something new what I have done before, I reckon I have been good listen to other ideas and opinions because it helps us if we are in our group, it helps us by saying if we can fix a mistake or if we can make it better.

I have been working on my work hard and even if I can’t remember what the task was I would go to someone who knows what to do than I will remember what my next step was for my work. I always know what my next step is for my learning because I would be listen to the teacher and I would be listen what she is saying and how we can make our work better.

If I can’t remember what to do or if I don’t understand what to do I would go to one of the teachers in the room so they can’t help me or tell me what I have to do. Even if I’m in a group and none of us don’t know what to do we would go to the teacher and ask what we have to do. Even if we are doing a question and we don’t know what to do we can ask the teacher what we need to do and how we can make it better.

I can reflect on my learning by seeing what I can do better and how I can make it better. If we are in a group we will have to reflect about what we did good and what we can fix in our work.

I will be trusted to do use my device an a right way by being on the right thing on the right time. I will only got on youtube or something else if we have to watch a video or watch a official video like that song happier what we did in one of our humumanu music.

P.E Hurumanu.

Today for P.E Hurumanu we were playing a game named Bench ball,  My team and I were named the pandas, there were 6 teams. The way how we played was there was 3 courts and 6 teams, 2 teams had to vs each other.  There was one person on the bench and all of the others were trying to pass to the person who was on the bench, you had to be on the opposite side from your bench. 2 people in the middle so when the person throws the ball up high the 2 people in the middle have to jump and try to pass it to there teammates.

I reckon that we did some good passing when we were versing the other team. I reckon my team needed to do more communication around our team mates. But most of the time we all team worked and were passing the ball. even if one person didn't get the ball we would pass it to them. So I reckon that it was good enough. My goal was to have a positive attitude around my teammates and to include my teammates too.

I reckon me and my teammates need to work on seeing if there is opens space's for other people because they always come to one side and so there could be someone on the other side too. I know that I gotta work on passing more because not much people really try to help me. Here is a photo of bench ball. Hurumanu Week 5 Music.

Integrity!!!

Kia ora what I'm gonna be talking about is integrity because it's what we have to focus on this year.
Integrity means telling the truth, picking up rubbish when no body is watching.

You can show integrity at school by being a role model, trying your best, being honest and truthful.
Three ways I have shown integrity are I tried my best in cross country even though I didn't come 1st,
I got 3rd place. But one thing what you should do everyday is being your P.E gear.
