Steak Sandwich

Kia ora bloggers, on Tuesday for cooking we made "Steak Sandwich". We got to choose what we wanted on our sandwich.

Ingredients:

Beef schnitzel, Oil (for cooking meat), 4 Bread Rolls, Mayonnaise, Tomato Sauce, Lettuce, Red Onion Rings, Cheese Slices.

Recipe:

1.  Quickly pan fry the meat over a medium high heat until just cooked, turning once during cooking. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve as a piece or shredded.

2. Cut rolls in half. These can be warmed or toasted if desired. Spread the tops and the bottoms of the bread with mayonnaise.

3. Top half of the bread with lettuce etc, steak and any other ingredients.

4. Cover with the remaining pieces of bread.

5. Serve.

I reckon that our group did pretty well by making the steak but maybe next time don't add to much salt on it because it was very salty when I tasted it myself.

My favourite part about the meal was the cheese and the sources. here's a photo of when we were cooking the steak and then the final result of the "Steak Sandwich"

I hope you enjoyed my blog please leave a positive, helpful and thoughtful comment down below bye now.
