Chapter 5-6 Fantastic Mr Fox

Today we have been reading about Fantastic Mr Fox and the main events about it. For chapter 5-6 Mr fox and his wife and kids have been digging so far that you could fit a house in it.
The 3 farmers have been trying to dig them out for a night. 2 farmers were getting angry because the other farmer idea didn't work at all.

So he decided to have another idea and it was the bring 2 big tractors to dig them out. One farmer stayed behind with his shotgun waiting for them to come out. None of them came out, so 3 hours later the rest of the farmers came down with the big tractors and was ready to dig them out.

Mr fox wasn't gonna give up on digging. Until another day came, heaps of people was going to see what was going on. The farmers told them to get angry but instead the people were laughing instead this made the farmers angry and that's the end of chapter 5-6.

Kia ora everyone today I'm gonna be telling you guys about what we did today and what we got completed today. First we started to finish off all of the work we didn't last week. Me and Kody were smashing the tables. Both of us got to use sledge hammers so we can destroy the tables down.

After me and Kody finished smashing the rest of the tables, Both of us decided to destroy some of the metal that the teachers told us to do, we got it completed on time for interval.

After interval a few of the year 7's and 8's had gym sports first we had to run to the field and back to mark near the courts. We had to do some exercising for 5 minutes or so. Than we had to go back inside of the gym and do the beep test, it was really hard but me and my other partner got up to level 11 it was hard effort but it was fun as well.

When all of us finish doing the beep test we went to have 2 games of dodge ball. Most of the students enjoyed playing dodge ball. At the end of gym sports we had to back to our classes and do some blogging.

P.E Hurumanu

Kia ora everyone, today we have been doing the beep test, it was really challenging and hard working for most of us. One thing that I want to improve is my long distance running because I use to be really good at it but now I've stop running for a while.
My score for the first day was.

Vertical Jump
    M1: 2.1

     M2: 2.51

Sit and Reach:

15.4

Sit Ups: 25

Grip Test:  20

Beep Test:7.1

It was hard keeping up to everyone else when it was getting harder, I'm gonna practice more in P.E hurumanu and in the weekends, and hopefully I get a better result next time. I enjoyed doing the beep test a lot but wish I could of done a little bit better, 

I hope we can do another hard challenge like this next time, I really wanna improve heaps by doing a jog at a park or just around the block. I wanna do more running in my free time, so I can get better at my long distance running again.

Kia Ora for the last couple of days we have been working in the garden, there's 3 groups, me and my group is working in the green house. 1 of the groups is making a new garden and the last group is cutting the small brunches on the tree, some of us changed groups to help the other groups.

The first group I was in was working on the green house and we were cleaning up the green house and moving heavy stuff. We were carrying all of the heavy stuff until it was interval.
